Shiatsu is wonderful when you have had a chance to unwind, practice some yoga and chill out!
Recommended as a "back up" to the massage, this is usually offered on day 3 of your stay.
Wearing loose clothing, you will relax on a mat on the floor and what follows is sheer "bliss".
90 minutes of being stretched, nurtured, opened out with gentle pressure on tired muscles, hip, back, arm and shoulder opening stretches, all in the magic hands of Peter.
You will come out feeling taller, spacey and wonderful!
It is like having yoga done for you!
