Can I make or receive telephone calls? The house phone is in a private office and not dedicated to guest use apart from emergencies. Its best to buy a phone card in the town which allows you to phone from any public phone at a cheap rate. These days nearly everyone uses their mobile!
Will my mobile phone work in Lanzarote? Yes, so long as set up the international roaming feature before you leave. Speak to your service provider before leaving.
Can I send and receive email? You can receive email to guest@hoho.co.uk but sending should be done by one of the internet outlets in the village. Emergencies excepted.
Can I send emails form my Lap top computer? Exceptionally we may be able to hook up your laptop in the lounge for oocasional connection.
Can I receive a Fax? Sending and Receiving is by arrangement. There may be a charge for large transmissions.
Do you have WiFi Internet Yes we do, but you will need your own laptop and we don’t guarantee the strength or availability of a signal
