  1. Can I come at short notice?
    Yes, if we have space. Call 0208-123-9250 or 0034 928 524 216 to check. There is 10% discount on bookings received within 7 days of the holiday start. Last Minute
  2. I want to come for a period other than 7 days. Is this possible?
    The recommended minimum duration is for a week but we accept that some people can only come for part of a week. Thanks to scheduled flight availability, we now operate holidays of 3,4,7,10 and 14 day durations. You can also stay for any number of weeks! Prices of for the durations mentioned are listed in the Room Tour.
  3. I want to come. What is the Booking Procedure?
    We will hold you an option for 48 hrs while you make flight arrangements. When you have your flight, make your payment to our Bank. It’s fully explained here.
  4. Can you hold me a space while I check out flights?
    Yes, on request we will hold you a 48 hour option on a room while you check out flight arrangements. This may be extended on request.
  5. How do I pay? What currency?
    We accept payment in Sterling made to our Bank in the UK.
  6. Should I have an insurance?
    Yes, we require that you have insurance to cover all the usual risks before and during your holiday
  7. Can I bring my own Group?

  8. What if I need to cancel after I've paid?
    That should be covered by your insurance policy according to the timing as outlined in our Terms

  10. Can one arrive on any day of the week or do you only run holidays from Saturday to Saturday, for example?
    Our normal arrival/departure days are Thursday and Sunday. Exceptionally we can arrange stays on different days subject to availability of space and flights
  11. Do you accept bookings for a two week period? and are there any discounts available for a longer stay?
    Yes you can stay any number of consecutive weeks and there is a discount of 10% for stays of 2 weeks or more.
