Kinesiology is the most safe, simple and effective way to get information from body and mind about its’ state of being.
By means of a muscle test the therapist can “communicate” with the body and the subconscious mind.
It is nothing vague, nor something you have to believe in. It works with the same principle that it used with a lie-detector, that you may have seen in a movie. The body responds to what you say, or what you touch. If you touch a substance that is not right for you, you will put stress on your body, which causes a small loss of body energy. This can be measured in your muscles by means of a simple test. Therefor, your body will tell very simply and direct what is, and what is not good for you.

Since the early sixties, kinesiology is used in various therapy-forms and has become a serious science in natural medicine. There are various systems of applied kinesiology which all have the muscle test in common.
