JENNI ADAMS has been teaching Yoga since the mid-l970s. As well as regular Hatha Yoga Practice and Meditation
classes she teaches children, the elderly and frail, disabled people and their carers, Womens' Institute and in H.M.Prison. She also leads seminars, retreats and holidays at home and abroad. Regardless
of who or where the message is the same - Yoga as union, liberty and raising the awareness of health, wholeness and well-being of body, mind and spirit. The common theme in her work is respect for self,
respect for others, respect for the world in which we live and attentiveness to the Divine. Her faith embraces the East to deepen in the West.
British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma and invited to lead seminars at their Annual Congress. In addition to
teaching in her own Home Studio in Torquay, she is a regular guest teacher at The Yoga For Health Foundation at Ickwell Bury, Bedford and Denman College, Oxford.
For many years she has been a Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, on the International
Register of Bach Practitioners, Member of the Association of Reflexologists and trained in counselling, massage, Reiki and drama therapy. Author of 'Stress - A Friend for Life' (pub C.W.Daniel) and Mind
