Important Detail

• You book your package in your booking form, at the time of sending in your online holiday booking
• It is a firm booking commitment, so only book if you definitely want all the elements.
• It is a fixed package. Sorry, no swapping.
• We book the therapists time on your behalf, so if you don’t take a therapy you will still be charged.
• In the event of a therapist being unavailable you will be offered an alternative, if available or credited at the list price.
• Other activities such as One to One Personal Training, Guided Walk, Tarot etc is bookable on arrival
• HO2 formula applies to complete week holidays only beginning on a Thursday
• Holidays of different durations can book for food and therapies on arrival although HO2 clients have priority on the booking list
• If you dont want to take the package you can sign up on arrival, but HO2 guests have priority if the list is busy.
