Lunch in the villa is popular on the main therapy days when, after a relaxing session you don’t want to worry about foraging for food!

Breakfast is a grand buffet of fresh fruit, cereals, juice, yoghurts, seeds with fresh local bread and conaserves

You also have the option of buying your food from the health food store or Fantastic supermarket in the village. Although use of the kitchen is not available, we provide guests with their own fridge and a selection of utensils. Tías Village is not far away and our guests like to stroll along and enjoy the various tapas bars and restaurants.

Depending on the time of the year we often grow our own herbs and vegetables and the local supermarkets and Health Food shop have a good choice of fresh healthy fayre

Most importantly, there is a selection of stunning oceanside locations where you can enjoy fresh fish or whatever. We prefer fillet without heads or bones. Nowhere is more than a 30 minute drive away. Take a look at some of them!

If you feel you have been so healthy after your fresh salad and wish to allow a little indulgence there are some excellent local dessert tasting opportunities. Ask Stuart on the walk!
