We offer a B&B Tariff with optional Dinner on Thursday and Lunch on Friday. Lunches cost €25 and dinners €35 (incl wine) and can be pre-booked

Breakfast, everyday, is a grand buffet of fresh fruit, cereals, juice, yoghurts, seeds with fresh local bread and conserves

Extra food arrangements may be available on Life Change Course Weeks or large groups

Otherwise you can self cater based on the guest fridge and excellent selection of supermarkets and Health Food Shops in the Village

There is a good choice of Restaurants and Tapas bars in the village, a 10 - 15 minute walk away

The HO2 week package includes Dinner on Thursday and Lunch on Friday

The local Tias market on Saturday has a range of organic produce and home made goodies

Most importantly, there is a selection of stunning oceanside locations where you can enjoy fresh fish or whatever. Nowhere is more than a 30 minute drive away. Take a look at some of them!
