As an adult retreat offering yoga, peace and quiet and introspection, the last thing you want is other people’s noisy or badly behaved children spoiling your special time away.

Don’t misunderstand, we are not anti-children but this is not a holiday designed for under 16 year olds. They would not be interested in the finer nuances of a holistic retreat, although we do welcome many young people who understand our philosophy. Mums and daughters are a frequent combination and we get many Mums who have left junior(s) with Dad or Granny in order to enjoy some quality personal time.

You many be looking for a child-free holiday and have not considered yoga and our wonderful therapies. This could be just the opportunity if the idea feels good to you. We do specialise in yoga for beginners and the teaching here is acclaimed to be of a very high standard for all levels.
