Phone us when you come through the luggage section and we will collect you. Print out these instructions, and the Confirmation details, and bring them with you.

When you leave the baggage section at Arrecife Airport  you will see ahead of you, centrally, stairs and a lift.

Press the lift call button and enter with your trolley

Press the Right Button. (1st Floor)

When you emerge look to the left and head for the green neon Pharmacy Sign. Then;

In the unlikely event of a problem you could also call the Office on on 0034 928 524 216, where you can also leave a message, but try the driver’s phone first. Identify yourself to him/her ( what are you wearing)  and wait by the Pharmacy. He/she should not be longer than 15 minutes. While you wait you can get Euros from the Cash Machine, or visit the shops.

This is a convenient place to Phone and Wait. It has most amenities you may need. If you have no Euros, use the cash machine with your Cash Card and if need be make a purchase from the shop, Pharmacy or Cafe to get change. Minimum Charge is 1 Euro
